  • 2020: Sansin’s interior and exterior lines join the portfolio, offering high-performance, water-borne wood protection.

  • Industry Context: The 2010s saw European waterborne technology surpass traditional solvents in quality and durability—a shift Pinellas Paint led locally by championing the Milesi brand.

  • Expert Milestone: The team transitions to AMPP-certified inspection and specification services at the Pinellas Park headquarters.
